Are your jewelry adjustable?

Yes, our jewelry is all adjustable. Rings and bracelets are made of aluminum and brass, all easily adjustable by hand. Regarding stainless steel necklaces and bracelets (chains), each piece of jewelry is made with a 5 cm extension chain so that the piece of jewelry can be worn by everyone.
What materials are used and how do you maintain them?

Personalised silver rings and bracelets: Rings (6 mm x 57 mm or 12 x 57 mm) and bracelets (6 mm x 152 mm or 10 x 152 mm) are made of aluminium. As well as the personalized medals on the chains (bracelet or necklace). It is an almost stainless and very light metal. It is therefore quite resistant to corrosion and oxidation. However, it is advisable to store your jewelry when you are not wearing it to avoid scratching it (aluminum being a soft metal). Gold personalized rings and bracelets: Rings (6 mm x 57 mm or 12 x 57 mm) and bracelets (6 mm x 152 mm or 10 x 152 mm) are made of brass. As well as the personalized medals on the chains (bracelet or necklace). It is a fairly resistant metal, it naturally acquires a patina on contact with air and will therefore take on a bronze/copper tint over time but can easily be cleaned with baking soda or toothpaste. Necklace and bracelet chains: The silver or gold chains are made of stainless steel. It is resistant to corrosion and oxidation. WARNING: The jewelry purchased remains costume jewelry! Avoid putting them in contact with household products, soaps, ... Also avoid wearing them during your sports sessions (including the swimming pool).
What are the delivery times?

All orders are completed within 48-72 hours. The packages are then sent by post within 2-3 working days. You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your order. Concerning the hand delivery, this is to be arranged by email or via social networks but can be done very quickly (the next day or two days after the order) .
Is it possible to return the ordered item or get a refund?

As each piece of jewelry is unique based on customer customization, unfortunately it is not possible to return the item. Except if your package is damaged or not delivered, the refund will be offered to you in this case.
What is the difference between the different thicknesses of jewelry?

Regarding aluminum bracelets and rings: The slim strap is 6mm wide and 152mm long while the wide strap is 10mm wide and 152mm long. The thin ring has a width of 6 mm and a length of 57 mm while the wide ring has a width of 12 mm and a length of 57 mm. Here are the sizes in the photo, to better see the difference in thickness:
